“Ordered a pair of boots from Lucky J in late September - early October. They shipped quickly and I started getting around to breaking them in. I had an issue with the spur ledge starting to separate a little bit (handmade boots, stuff happens. Not Lucky J’s fault) I contacted Lucky J and they were quick to send me shipping information, they were quick to respond whenever I reached out, and sent my boots back as soon as they got them in. I will definitely order from them again.”
