- Mink Oil is commonly used to condition leather and is a good option for work boots. It conditions leather while adding water-resistance. Mink Oil can darken the leather on boots, sometimes significantly. Recommended to do a small test area before applying overall.
- Gently brush away dirt using small strokes with a light touch. Brush in the direction of the nap to maintain a smooth finish. A suede eraser helps with hard to remove stains such as watermarks, oil or grease- suede erasers are great for spot cleaning. Use moderate pressure to avoid damaging the leather If brushing & spot cleaning aren’t enough you can consider a suede cleaner. Please test on a small part of the material first – suede cleaners can affect the color & finish and should be tested on a small part of the material before applying to the entire upper of the shoe.
